Moran's Oysters Galway

YES, I remember......we had the BEST BESTEST PEARL OYSTERS in IRELAND.....at MORAN'S OYSTER COTTAGE, GALWAY.

 It is super duper deeeli cious !!! seems these oysters are rare and so is expensive but its so smooth and tasty... really yummy. And accompanying with a seafood platter which includes their popular smoked salmon. A "MUST TRY" if you are around Galway. Its worth every penny.

This restaurant is located at THE WEIR, KILCOLGAN, in county Galway, close to the village of Clarenbridge, and ten miles south of Galway City. It has hosted presidents, prime ministers and film stars as well as locals and tourists ...due to its quality of its seafood particularly oysters and smoked salmon , combined with the tranquil setting by the weir.
This traditional thatched cottage with the peat fire in the hearth has been owned by the Moran family for 7 generations .
